Bob Jones is a long time drag racer, back to the days when Pittsburgh International Dragway (PID) was open, and has raced a variety of vehicles. He is also a member of the PID Hall of Fame. In 2009, he bought a dragster with the power to run the quarter mile in the 7.30 second range, at 180mph. Bob focused on crew chief duties, and hired Kevin Romeo as his driver. Kevin, in his young career, has won the Street class points at Pittsburgh Raceway Park in 2005 and 2009, and qualified for the IHRA Division 3 bracket finals team all 6 of his full race seasons.
